Chatains, Roncières, Mélinots... These tiny parcels in the Valvan valley, when blended together during vinification, produce the Louis Michel & Fils Premier Cru, Vaillons. The protected valley vineyards are enclosed within a sort of heat trap, which gives this wine warm, almost spicy, and even roasted notes in the best vintages.
Vinification & Maturation
In stainless steel tanks, for at least 12 months.
Mixed aromas of toasted hazelnuts, white fruit, sweet spice notes and mild tobacco. A delectable Premier Cru that creates a warm sensation in the mouth.
