The parcel tended by Louis Michel & Fils is located in the lower part of the valley. Wines produced from these vineyards are tight, with wonderful salinity and full body, and are even creamy on the palate.
Vinification & Maturation
In stainless steel tanks, for at least 18 months.
Tasting notes
Gourmand, Grand Cru Vaudésir nose reveals notes of rhubarb and acacia flower. Fine and elegant in the mouth, with buttery, brioche aromas, and a dominant hint of coconut.
