Vinification & Maturation
In stainless steel tanks, for at least 8 months.
Petit Chablis expresses citrus and ﬂoral notes reminiscent of hawthorn and vine ﬂower. Pronounced liveliness in the mouth, with a chalky and saline ﬁnish.
